Fertility is a journey that few people truly understand until they're living it. It can be heartbreaking, exhausting, and incredibly lonely. Our path through secondary infertility tested us in ways we never expected, but we're so grateful for the care we received from the team at NRM.

From our very first appointment, we felt supported. The entire team was easy to reach, responsive, compassionate, and always took the time to answer our questions. Whether we needed guidance through treatment options, reassurance during the waiting, or simply someone to listen, they made sure we never felt like we were navigating this journey alone.

When we experienced the devastating loss of a pregnancy, they met us with genuine compassion. We'll never forget the tissues, the hugs, and the kindness they showed us during one of the hardest moments of our lives. That level of care goes far beyond medicine—it reminds you that you're seen as a person, not just a patient.

Before becoming patients at NRM, we had never even heard of an IUI. Throughout our treatment, we learned so much—not only about fertility treatments but also about the incredible complexity of the female reproductive system. We left with a much deeper appreciation for just how much goes into building a family.

We also recognize that not everyone who walks through NRM's doors gets to share a success story, and our hearts are with those who are still waiting or whose journeys have taken a different path. We know how fortunate we are to be able to share ours.

Today, because of the care, expertise, and unwavering support of the NRM team, we're holding our rainbow baby in our arms. There are no words to fully express our gratitude. Thank you for walking beside us through every high and every low and for helping make our family complete.

I cannot say enough about how compassionate and caring the team at NRM are. We felt that the doctors and nurses were extremely invested in supporting and hearing us during our infertility journey. We did not feel that we were just a number or that there was a "one size fits all" approach applied to our situation. We were lucky enough to have success and the doctors and nurses were there each step of the way with us for the highs and lows. Dr. Brown quickly diagnosed me with a condition that was impacting my fertility, and from there we were able to have a solid plan. It was incredible and emotional to visit Dr. Brown and our nurse Cassie with out baby after she was born. Communication with staff is easy and prompt and I always felt that I could reach out with questions during treatment. You see and talk to staff often that it almost feels like a little supportive family that is rooting for you every step of the way. Thank you to everyone at NRM for your expertise, knowledge, kindness, and amazing care for folks struggling with fertility challenges!

I had researched NRM when I lived in London, England in 2019, when looking for a fertility clinic around the world that would help me with a chromosomal abnormality and only 1 tube!! I finally went to NRM in the Summer of 2022 (after moving back to the US) and now I'm expecting in May of 2023. The people at NRM were amazing and personable, my case was not typical and they were able to adapt to my needs and we came up with a plan together. Dr. Brown was my doctor and she is very knowledgeable, empathetic but also determined for me which I appreciated. She gave me real expectations which was also welcomed. The staff is amazing from the MAs to the NPs as well as the woman who did all my ultrasounds. I'm forever grateful to NRM, when I didn't think it would happen. It is a tough road and you wish for a supportive and smart team and that is what I found at NRM!

I am a doctor, an epidemiologist who does research in women's health, a 2nd time IVF mom, and military service member. I have been going through IVF since 2019 and worked with multiple different clinics including two military hospitals (Walter Reed and Norfolk) a facility in Italy along with my local military clinic, and interviewed at Shady Grove Fertility in Washington DC. Choosing NRMVT for my 2nd IVF experience was by far the best choice I made.

What people need to understand about fertility is every individual is unique, every process is individualized, every insurance is a pain, and it is an extremely emotional process with 50-50 outcomes at best. My first IVF experience through the military took almost two years and they kept reassuring me that "this is normal, people are on waiting lists for a year and the lab work up takes a year." I was in tears monthly (no thanks to hormones).

Having worked with all those different places, this was the most calming, easy going experience I could have had. The online messaging always worked great, the labs were quick, loved the online calendar feature, they responded to my calls quickly, and they are using the most up to date science out there. They got me in quickly in between my two international moves. Granted I had an embryo transfer, using two previously frozen embryos from my first IVF, so my experience was easier than others.

Overall I was extremely happy with my experience and had a positive outcome (half way through the pregnancy now). The most important aspects of IVF for me are "using the best science," "predictability" and "explaining the unpredictable", "explanation of the process," and "communication." They delivered in all these areas perfectly.

I can't say enough about the clinical team here. I (luckily) didn't have to meet all of them, but Jen Guglielmi, Emily Turner, and nurse Paige are especially incredible! I often felt like I didn't even need to advocate for what I wanted-- they would just do it without me even having to ask. Because of NRM, I got pregnant on the first try...after years of trying unassisted. They know what they're doing and I couldn't be more grateful :)

To all the Northeastern Reproductive Medicine team, my husband and I will be forever grateful for all the great care we received while working intensively with your clinic trying to conceive our first child. From what we understood, we were a very challenging case that literally required a miracle of science. After multiple embryos transfer, we successfully gave birth to the most wonderful human being you can imagine.

Thank you to Dr Murray & Dr Brown we will forever be grateful!

As a single dad, my journey has been everything I hoped it would be. I think about my son, and how miraculous his life is. I think of the team and the many people that made it so. He's a treasure and I hope that NRM is busy and well, working to give others this incredible gift.

Words do little to express everything Dr. Brown and the NRM team have done for us. They really went above and beyond throughout this entire process, and we are so grateful for their constant care and compassion.
