Physical Examination and Ultrasound: A physical examination and pelvic ultrasound are typically the next steps. The ultrasound helps us assess the health of the reproductive organs, including the uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries. This imaging test can identify abnormalities such as fibroids, polyps, or cysts that might be impacting fertility.

Hormonal Testing: Hormonal balance plays a crucial role in fertility and provide information about ovarian reserve. Key hormones tested include AMH and TSH, among others specific to your history and your body.
